Pumpkin Turmeric Chai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup apples
1/4 cup cooked & frozen butternut squash
1 small cooked & frozen carrot
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
2 Medjool dates
1/2 cup cold brew Chai
2/3 cup preferred milk (either plant-based or cow’s milk)
plant-based protein powder (optional)
1 tbsp marine, bovine or vegan collagen (optional)
Preparation
Step 1:
Put all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Decorate and get creative! I used nuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, apples, diced pears, bananas, chia seeds and bee pollen to decorate mine.
