Pumpkin Turmeric Chai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup apples

  • 1/4 cup cooked & frozen butternut squash

  • 1 small cooked & frozen carrot

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

  • 2 Medjool dates

  • 1/2 cup cold brew Chai

  • 2/3 cup preferred milk (either plant-based or cow’s milk)

  • plant-based protein powder (optional)

  • 1 tbsp marine, bovine or vegan collagen (optional)

 

Preparation

Step 1:

Put all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Decorate and get creative! I used nuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, apples, diced pears, bananas, chia seeds and bee pollen to decorate mine.
